What’s in your collection?

Count individual items when you can. Use “mixed boxes” only for contents you have not counted, to avoid counting them twice.

VHS & camcorder tapes$30 each, or $250 for each group of 10. Count damaged tapes separately.

DVDs$25 each; $20 each when you have 10 or more.

Loose photographsEstimated at $0.40–$0.60 per photo, depending on the collection.

SlidesEstimated at $0.50–$0.70 per slide, depending on the collection.

8 mm / Super 8 film — feet$0.50 per foot. Enter total footage; use the reel field below if you do not know it.

Damaged videotapesRepair and transfer quote after assessment. Do not count these again as standard tapes.

Audio cassettesPriced after we review your recording and requirements.

Vinyl recordsPriced after we review your collection and requirements.

Audio reel-to-reel tapesQuoted based on the recording and transfer requirements.

Film reels — footage unknownWe will confirm the footage before quoting. Do not include reels already counted by the foot.

Mixed boxes to digitizeFor boxes whose contents you have not counted. We will assess the collection; no flat digitization price per box.

Boxes for reuse / recycling only$10 per banker’s-box-sized box. This is not digitization. Contents and disposal must be agreed separately; keep originals until you have reviewed your files.
